The ticket-update email: the ticket number in the header pill, the agent's name and photo, their reply in a bordered card, and a reply button, with a note that replying to the email lands on the same ticket. Sky accent. Built for helpdesks and in-app support.

- `{{agent_role}}` — supplied per send (example: Support engineer)
- `{{reply_body}}` — supplied per send (example: Thanks for the detail. The retries stopped because your endpoint started answering 410 at 02:14, which we treat as 'stop sending'. I've re-enabled the endpoint and replayed the 37 events from that window. Could you confirm they've arrived?)
