Acceptable Use Policy

Unitpost is email infrastructure for legitimate transactional and consented marketing email. You are responsible for everything sent through your account and for having a lawful basis and any required consent to contact your recipients.

You must not use the Service to send, store, or facilitate any content or activity that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive. In particular, you must not:

• Send unsolicited bulk or commercial email (spam), or email to recipients who have not consented or with whom you lack a valid relationship.
• Harvest, purchase, or use email lists you do not have permission to contact.
• Send phishing, malware, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content, or forge headers or sender identity.
• Impersonate any person, brand, or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
• Distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative, or that violates the privacy or rights of others.
• Attempt to bypass sending limits, suppression lists, rate limits, or other technical or security controls.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

• You are solely responsible for the content you send and for obtaining any required consent from your recipients.
• You must comply with all applicable email and anti-spam laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR/ePrivacy, CASL, and similar laws.
• Marketing messages must include a functioning unsubscribe mechanism and honor opt-outs promptly. You must not send to addresses on your suppression list.
• You must properly authenticate your sending domains (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) as required to send through the Service.
• Keep your bounce and spam-complaint rates low. Sustained high bounce or complaint rates indicate poor list hygiene or unwanted mail and may trigger automatic protective action.

We may refuse, throttle, or remove content and restrict or suspend sending that we reasonably believe violates this policy, in order to protect deliverability and the platform for all customers. Depending on severity, action may be automatic (for example, on a sustained high complaint or bounce rate, or a payment-fraud signal) or taken after review. Serious or repeated violations can result in suspension or termination of your account under the Terms of Service. As stated in the Terms, fees are non-refundable, including where an account is suspended or terminated for a policy violation.

Please include the message headers and any relevant details so we can investigate. Reports help us protect recipients and keep Work Reactor Inc.’s sending reputation healthy for every customer.
