SMS Terms
Last updated
These SMS Terms describe the optional account-notification text messages Work Reactor Inc. d/b/a Unitpost may send to a phone number you provide. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. They do not cover texts you send to your own customers through the Unitpost product — those are your messages, under your consent and your program.
01This page does not collect consent
Visiting this URL, reading it, or looking at the layout below does not opt you in to any texts. There is no form here and no consent is recorded. The only way to opt in to Unitpost account texts is the optional, unchecked checkbox during account setup, under the phone-number field. Verifying the number is not consent. That checkbox links to these SMS Terms, plus Privacy and Terms.
02Who texts, and what
Work Reactor Inc. d/b/a Unitpost sends optional account notifications to numbers that opted in: security alerts, billing or plan notices, and service messages about that person's own Unitpost account. This is not a marketing or promotional program. We do not send advertising, newsletters, or upsells on this program. Mobile opt-in data (your phone number and SMS consent record) is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own messaging programs.
03How you opt in
During signup, after you create an account, we ask for a phone number and, on the same screen, offer optional account texts:
- Verify your phone number. We send a one-time code to confirm the number is yours. That code is identity verification only. It is not consent to SMS messages. You can finish setup without agreeing to account SMS.
- Account text messages (optional). A checkbox under the phone field that is unchecked by default, labeled “Send me Unitpost SMS for security, billing, and account service alerts.”. Checking that box is consent to receive those security, billing, and account service SMS alerts at that number. Phone number collection is not implied consent. You can finish setup without checking it.
The layout you see at signup looks like this. The checkbox is shown empty, as it is when the screen first loads:
04Frequency, HELP, and STOP
Message frequency varies (typically 1–8 SMS per month). Frequency follows account activity (for example a security alert or a billing notice). Message and data rates may apply. After you opt in, the first SMS is: Unitpost SMS for security, billing, and account service alerts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
- Reply HELP for help: Unitpost SMS (security, billing, account service). For support visit unitpost.com or email support@unitpost.com. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel.
- Reply STOP to cancel: You are unsubscribed from Unitpost account SMS. No more messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
You can also turn account texts off by contacting support@unitpost.com.
