SMS

The same audience, by text.

The message they expect, the sender a country requires, and the wallet you already use for email.

A sign-in code

A code can go without a marketing opt-in. The number has to be on the contact, and it cannot be opted out.

Ready for pickup

The order is at the counter. A service text, same rule as the code.

A promotion

They opted in. You attest that consent. STOP is on the text.

A charge

A receipt, not a promotion. STOP and quiet hours still apply.

Senders and brands

A number or a Sender ID, and the brand a country asks for before you can send.

Consent

Marketing needs the opt-in they already gave you. A code does not.

One contact

Email and phone live on the same person. You do not import the audience twice.

One wallet

SMS draws from the same monthly allowance as email. The rate depends on the country.

Questions

Common questions

Can I send SMS today?

SMS is built and running behind a launch flag. It is not on for every workspace yet, and this page does not mean it is generally available. Email sending, contacts, and webhooks are available now.

Does SMS use the same wallet as email?

Yes. SMS draws from the same monthly allowance as email. Per-country rates show on the pricing page when that surface is public. Until then, pricing on the site is the email allowance.

What do I need before I can send?

A sender, and a brand where the country requires it. A code can go to a contact who has not opted into marketing. Marketing needs that opt-in on the contact. STOP and quiet hours apply to both.

Is WhatsApp included?

No. WhatsApp is planned. There is no WhatsApp page and no send path.
